By-Laws
By-Laws of the Northridge Gardens Homeowners Association prescribe the rules and responsibilities for association membership and voting, managing financial matters, and for the Board of Directors and Officers.
Parking Rules
This document defines the rules for homeowner, tenant and guest parking within Northridge Gardens common areas.
Architectural Application
Complete this form when planning any upgrades, repairs or other changes affecting the unit exterior or internal stability of individual units. Review the “Matrix Document” (include as a link) for a complete description of when homeowners are required to complete the Architectural Application. Submit this form to Ross Morgan for review by the HOA Board. Homeowners can expect up to one month to receive a response, depending on when the form was submitted. Owners must obtain prior written approval from the Association for any physical change to the exterior or interior structure of the unit. Owners must submit a written request identifying the proposed change(s) to the Board of Directors (“Board”). If the proposed physical changes are substantial, architectural plans may be required. The Board in its sole discretion will approve or disapprove of the owner’s request, in writing within thirty (30) days subject to appropriate conditions required by the Board, pursuant to the Association’s Governing Documents and current Association rules and regulations. The Association exterior physical change approvals are in addition to any governmental approvals e.g. building permits, etc.
